Terms and Conditions

The rules for using this site and buying what it points at.

Last updated: this document has not been reviewed for launch yet

Who you are dealing with

Path to Profit is not a registered company. It is run by one person as a sole trader, trading under the name Path to Profit, so there is no company number to give you.

That has one practical consequence worth knowing before you buy: your contract is with that individual, and there is no company sitting between the two of you.

The offers themselves are sold by Gumroad and by ClickFunnels™. Each is the seller of record for its own transaction and each holds the payment, so a refund comes back from them rather than from a person.

Eligibility

You have to be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use this site or to take any offer it points at.

What this site is

This site is an information and routing hub. Nothing is sold here. There is no cart, no checkout, and no payment form anywhere on it.

Every offer links out to a separate platform that handles the sale under its own terms. Read those at the point of purchase — they govern the transaction, not this page.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, republish, or resell the content on this site.
  • Do not present yourself as affiliated with the brand without a written agreement.
  • Do not use the published email address for bulk or automated messages.

Intellectual property

The written content, the visual system, the hand-drawn marks and the coined product names on this site belong to the business. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine. Reproducing a page is not.

What is covered and what happens when it is copied is set out in full on the DMCA policy page, which forms part of these terms.

No guarantee of results

Nothing here promises income. What you get out of any offer depends on your store, your market, your existing traffic, and the work you put in.

The full position is on the earnings disclaimer page and forms part of these terms.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links are affiliate links. That is disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page, which also forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted, Path to Profit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or of anything it links to, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. That covers death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where local law gives you more than this clause does, local law wins.

The offers are delivered by Gumroad and by ClickFunnels™. Each is the seller of record for its own transaction and each carries its own terms, which govern that sale rather than this page.
